Seth is known for his ability to create supportive, yet challenging, environments for leaders to explore their unique strengths and develop their own point of view on how to lead. Seth received his MS with Distinction in Organization Development from American University and his BA with Honors from Brown University. Before founding Leadership Breakthroughs, Seth served as Partner at Oliver Wyman Delta Organization and Leadership, and Leadership Development Practice Leader for the Pacific Region at Right Management Consultants.
